ABOUT THE HUNT

Join us for the thrill of a Spring Rio Grande turkey hunt on our various private ranches in stunning Mendocino county in Northern California. Our diverse terrain of rolling hills, forests, canyons, and brush with an abundance of natural springs makes this outstanding habitat for turkey. Since the ranches we hunt are private we are able to keep the hunting pressure to a minimum increasing your odds at taking a mature tom.

The Spring season runs from the last Saturday in March and extends for 45 consecutive days, with archery and the junior season staying open for two weeks after the general season closes. The hunts begin with decoys being set up near known locations with traditional calling methods being used by our experienced guides. This is a high success hunt. Start planning your hunt today!
